Complaints

We want you to be happy with our support. If something hasn't gone as you'd hoped, please tell us — we take all concerns seriously and will do our best to put things right.

Step 1 — Tell us

Contact us at info@yourmckenzie.com or +44 (0)7434 760 366. Let us know what happened and how you'd like it resolved. We'll acknowledge your complaint within [X] working days.

Step 2 — We look into it

We'll review what happened fairly and get back to you with a full response, normally within [one month]. If we need longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect a reply.

Step 3 — If you're still not satisfied

If we can't resolve things between us, you can raise your concern with the relevant body:

  • For concerns about how we've handled your personal data: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
  • [If a member of a professional body such as The Learned Society of McKenzie Friends, name its complaints route here.]
