Fees vary depending on the complexity of the document. Straightforward applications, such as the D8 Divorce Application, start from £150, with more detailed financial forms priced accordingly.

Court Hearing Support
Practical support before and during your hearing, so you don't face it alone
In-Person Court Support - Full Day
Ideal for individuals who want a McKenzie Friend to attend court with them for the full day (anywhere in England). This service includes in-person support throughout proceedings, with the fee covering time, travel, and associated expenses.
In-Person Court Support - Half Day
Designed for shorter hearings, this service provides in-person support from a McKenzie Friend for up to half a day (approximately 3 hours). The fee reflects both time spent supporting you in court and related costs.
Remote Court Support - Full Day
This service provides full-day remote support for virtual court hearings. It covers preparation, help with paperwork and submissions, and ongoing support throughout the hearing.
Remote Court Support - Half Day
For those attending virtual hearings, this option offers remote support from a McKenzie Friend for up to half a day. It includes preparation, assistance with documents, and guidance during the hearing.
Flexible & Ongoing Support
For people who need continued support throughout their case.
Ad hoc support
For clients who need flexible support, we offer hourly assistance tailored to your specific situation. This may include general guidance, help understanding court processes, reviewing documents, or preparing for hearings. This option is ideal for those who need occasional support without committing to a fixed service.
Time is calculated in 15-minute increments, ensuring you only pay for the support you need.
Full Case Management and Ongoing Support
